Missions :<\/strong>
<\/mark>\u2013 For our clients, your mission is to manage programs relating to digital workplace services, bringing together both development projects for these services and portfolios of prospective studies, coordinated with other programs<\/td><\/tr>
Profile<\/strong> :
\u2013 Successful experience of large-scale programs or projects relating to digital work environment services for an organization of several thousand people
\u2013 Ability to build a program-level vision and organize active and coordinated communication that engages all stakeholders
\u2013 Ability to conduct analyzes of project objectives in terms of alignment and contribution to a vision, goals and other objectives
\u2013 Ability to adopt risk management, in an open, constructive and result-oriented dialogue with all stakeholders
\u2013 Mastery of the concepts and good practices of the complete life cycles of the management of portfolios, programs and projects
\u2013 Mastery of the concepts and good practices of the functional areas of the digital work environment, in particular SmartOffice
\u2013 Knowledge of the challenges of projects affecting the digital environment of thousands of people, in particular in terms of support for change
\u2013 Ability to analyze and manage the impact of projects on different user groups
\u2013 Ability to integrate and work in a team, to collaborate and federate multidisciplinary teams in a matrix-type environment
\u2013 Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and in particular to maintain a climate of trust by taking into account needs\/feedback and adapting one\u2019s speech according to the interlocutor
\u2013 Certification and\/or successful experience in organizational change management or change management
\u2013 Holder of a university degree (master), EPF or HES federal engineer
